Life of Pi - Yann Martel There parts of the book I liked but overall impression of the book is not very positive. I guess it depends on your personal beliefs whether you will like the book (or which story) or not. The good thing is that there is not that much religious talk as I've expected from the beginning of the book. I've watched the movie after reading the book, I've like it even less, but maybe I would recommend it sooner than the book just because it takes two hours over two months that I've spent reading the book.
